Dear Friends,

As we engage with the world, we often find ourselves in conversations where beliefs differ. In the past, I’ve stayed silent to avoid conflict, but I’ve realized that silence can sometimes be mistaken for agreement. Words have power, and how we use them matters. I’ve decided to speak up for what I believe in because staying true to my values is more important than avoiding difficult conversations.

Finding Joy and Connection This Holiday Season and Beyond

The holiday season is upon us, and while it can be a time of joy, it can also bring feelings of loneliness or isolation. If you’re unable to be with family—or choose not to—I encourage you to plan small activities to brighten your days. Puzzling, crafting, watching a new movie, or taking a brisk walk can help you reconnect with yourself and find joy in the little things.
Having lived away from where I grew up, I’ve come to cherish my chosen family. I’m deeply grateful for the friends in Boston and Rochester who have become my extended family. Their love and support remind me of the importance of human connection, and I hope you have someone in your life who brings you that same sense of belonging.
Our Values at Corso Creations

At Corso Creations, we are grounded in acceptance, kindness, and a commitment to equity. We celebrate authenticity in all its forms—your language, your identity, your love, your work, and your lived experiences. Whether you live with visible or invisible disabilities or face the weight of societal labels, know that you are valued and seen here.

We also stand with people of all faiths, as well as those who choose no faith. The freedom to believe—or not believe—is a cornerstone of individuality, and we honor the diversity of spiritual and religious expressions that shape our world

We will never support bullying, discrimination, or marginalization. We stand firm in our belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Our mission is to create a space where everyone feels empowered to live as their true selves.

Here’s what we stand for:

-
We stand with the LGBTQ+ community.
-
We stand with Native Americans and Indigenous peoples.
-
We stand with the transgender community.
-
We stand with women and their right to choose.
-
We stand with people of color.
-
We stand with men who advocate for equity and respect for all.

We also recognize the impact of unconscious bias and privilege in shaping the inequities of our world. We are committed to fostering a future where equity—not just equality—is a reality for everyone.
